PERSONAL TRAINING

There is no substitute for personal attention. In a private session we create a fitness program and work towards your goals. We improve your health and fitness level as well as develop your athletic ability.

Individual instruction and coaching is always the best if you want to get back in shape and have limited time, have health limitations and prefer attention, accountability and motivation. Private sessions are a great way to achieve the best results in the shortest period of time. We design a program specifically targeted at optimizing your strengths and improving your deficiencies and therefore – accomplish your goals as quickly as possible. We specialize in Strength & Conditioning, CrossFit Training, Kettlebells, Sport Specific Training, Mobility, Pilates, Nutritional Counseling and more.

Within the Beach Fitness and CrossFit Seal Beach facilities we offer 3 levels of Personal Training geared towards BeachFit Moms. Each level is designed to improve YOUR body! We also offer our popular QuickFit for moms that want to get personal attention and get ultimate results specifically for her.
