Food can heal you, food can harm you. It is ultimately your choice what you want food to do for you. The food that you eat creates the person you are. If you want to feel good, look good and be a person full of energy and have a love of life, you need to pay careful attention to what you decide to put inside your body. Food and water are fuel. What you eat and drink affects every organ, every muscle, every bone and every last cell of your body. If you treat your body with disrespect you can expect it to perform with disrespect back – both physically and mentally. Give yourself the optimum diet and you will be those people that wake up in the morning; excited, energized, happy, fit and ready to conquer the day. And not just you – your entire family!

Our Nutritional Program, BeachFit Moms NOURISH™, is an essential part of the BeachFit Moms Core Concepts. The Nourish program is not a diet or fast solution, instead it teaches you how to eat right and feel right, for life. With the Nourish Program, the guidance of your Nourish nutritional coach and our website’s information & resources, you will have access to all you need to get your body on track to peak performance.

The program is designed for every modern busy woman and mom’s life. It’s simple, straight-forward and delicious. We are not eating primarily for survival, pleasure, guilt or reward – we are eating to have a quality life.

Changing your nutritional habits while continuing on a regular fitness program is the fastest way to see results and reach your goals. We offer a 4-week program that will help you change your lifestyle. You will meet with one of our instructors for a preliminary evaluation, then we continue to assess weeks of your food logs. We find your metabolic type, look for food allergies and/or intolerances, discuss caloric intake and supplementation if necessary. The NOURISH program will guide you to optimal nutrition at the core level, removing manufactured foods and cooking whole food resulting in body sustainable living!

BeachFit Moms NOURISH nutrition philosophy combines following into the program:
