At BeachFit Moms we pride ourselves on having a lot of variety and a positive group energy. We see the value in a community of women helping each other reach their potential. We offer many classes that will help you reach your fitness goals. This happens with both friendly competition and social encouragement. We believe that everyone is capable of improving her body movements and fitness level. Our classes are both enjoyable and provide RESULTS!

 

Our fundamental 60-min class, BeachFit Moms COMPLETE™, is specifically designed for moms. This class incorporates the ultimate mix of the BeachFit Moms Core Concepts; Strength, Endurance, Flexibility and Connectivity. Each workout is challenging and never the same, leaving the participant with a fitness ego boost! We fuse different workout styles such as CrossFit, BootCamp, Kickboxing, Spinning, Kettlebell, Bosu, Rowing, HIIT and Tabata into ONE amazing workout. We use free weights and we use no weights – your body is your machine! This class is appropriate for all fitness levels and is fully scalable.

 

 

Our BeachFit Moms FUSION™ is the perfect blend of Yoga, Pilates, and Barre workout. This class activates the mind, body and spirit. The barre workout makes you think (mind) using choreographed movement set to the rhythms of the music, Pilates strengthens your core (body) and Yoga eases stress, tension, and you will leave happier (spirit). All all of these techniques are fun and beneficial and will help you achieve your fitness goals that much faster. This 60-min class will give you that long, lean and strong dancer body to make you look younger every day! FUSION is a low impact class fully scalable for any fitness level, this is also an excellent class for any expecting women as well as post partum.

 

 

BeachFit Moms BEAT™ is a 60-min class suited for women focusing on cardiovascular health. The class incorporates walking, running, spinning and rowing. The main concept in this class is Endurance. The benefits of having a healthy heart both during the pre- and postnatal stage are tremendous, that is why BeachFit Moms BEAT™ is an important component for all women trying to achieve ultimate health. Moms aiming to participate in a race, marathon or triathlon will also greatly benefit from this class. By combining endurance and high intensity interval training the participant will quickly see results and get an intense calorie-burning workout.
